Point Purchase Refunds

  • Unused Credits: Refunds for point purchases are available only if less than 10% of the credits have been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credits that have already been used for image generation cannot be refunded.
  • Point purchases where more than 10% of the credits have been used are not eligible for refunds, as computational resources have already been allocated.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days are not eligible for refunds.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
